Position Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: K.R. Mangalam World School, Greater Kailash, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Admission Counsellor to join our team at K.R. Mangalam World School, Greater Kailash, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admissions process by providing accurate information about our programs, eligibility criteria, and institutional policies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and a genuine passion for helping students make informed academic choices.

Key Responsibilities

Handle admission-related inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Conduct individual counselling sessions with students and parents.
Provide comprehensive information about courses, programs, and admission criteria.
Assist prospective students in completing the application and documentation process.
Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and reports.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission procedures.
Support in organizing admission events, orientation programs, and school visits.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management tools.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
Prior experience in counselling or admissions (preferably in the education sector).

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
