Position Overview

We are seeking a Research Faculty (Content R&D / Pedagogy Design) professional to lead the design and research of cutting-edge educational content. In this strategic role, you will work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, Animators, and Content Creators to develop engaging, research-backed learning frameworks for digital delivery.

This position is ideal for educators with strong academic grounding, a deep understanding of learner psychology, and experience designing structured curriculum/learning modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead research-driven learning frameworks and educational content strategies.

• Translate complex concepts into engaging, structured, and student-friendly content.

• Incorporate storytelling, real-world application, and contextual learning into lesson flow.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (SMEs, designers, production specialists) to create multimedia learning experiences.

• Integrate AI-based and ed-tech engagement strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

• Ensure alignment with national academic standards (CBSE/ICSE/Competitive Curriculum).

• Use student performance insights and feedback to refine and optimize content.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3–9 years in Teaching / Curriculum Development / Instructional Design / Education Research.

• Subject Expertise in: Science / Mathematics / English / Social Sciences.

• Strong understanding of learner behavior, knowledge retention, and concept scaffolding.

• Experience designing digital-first or interactive content is highly desirable.

• Proficiency with AI tools and productivity-enhancing educational technology.

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and collaborative working skills.
