Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Data & Project Management Analyst to join our strategic operations team. The selected candidate will report directly to the Deputy CEO and play a key role in leveraging data analytics, project management, and MIS insights to drive organizational efficiency and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & MIS Design

• Design, develop, and implement Management Information Systems (MIS) across departments.

• Build dynamic dashboards and analytical reports using tools such as Power BI to support real-time strategic decisions.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all data collection and analysis processes.

2. Project Management

• Lead and coordinate data-related projects from initiation to completion using project management tools (e.g., Jira).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with business objectives and quality standards.

• Maintain strict adherence to timelines and data integrity benchmarks.

3. Strategic Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the Deputy CEO and senior leadership to identify and prioritize key data and analytics requirements.

• Present complex data insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner for strategic decision-making.

• Generate periodic reports summarizing organizational performance metrics and improvement areas.

4. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay updated with emerging trends in data analytics, visualization tools, and project management techniques.

• Recommend and implement enhancements to existing processes for improved efficiency and data accuracy.

• Promote a culture of innovation and data-driven thinking across teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 – 6 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, MIS design, and project management.

• Technical Proficiency: Practical knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Jira, and other project or data visualization platforms.

• Core Skills: Strong analytical aptitude, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

• Preferred Background: Experience in the edtech or education sector will be an added advantage.
