Position Overview

As a Maps Evaluator, you will help verify and improve mapping data used in navigation and digital mapping applications. This includes validating route accuracy, reviewing business information, and ensuring map data reflects real-world conditions.

This flexible, remote role allows you to work from home, plan your own schedule, and contribute to meaningful projects—all while developing your analytical and research skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze digital mapping data to verify accuracy and consistency.

• Validate details such as business names, addresses, and operating hours.

• Ensure route distances and navigation details are correct and user-friendly.

• Conduct local research to confirm real-world accuracy of mapped information.

• Provide constructive feedback and data validation to enhance the overall user experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English and Marathi.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Excellent local knowledge of India’s geography, culture, and regional details.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must have resided in India for at least the past 5 consecutive years.

• Must successfully complete an online open-book qualification exam.

• Must be willing to work 10–20 hours per week (depending on task availability).

• Familiarity with search engines, map applications, and social media platforms.

• Ability to understand and follow multiple sets of task instructions accurately.

• Work must be performed independently, maintaining high-quality standards.

Technical Requirements

• Access to a personal laptop or computer with:

  • A unique login account.

  • Up-to-date antivirus protection with regular scans.

• Only one member per household may apply.

• All necessary hardware and software should be provided at your own expense.
