Key Responsibilities

Medical and Clinical Oversight

• Supervise and coordinate all clinical departments to maintain excellence in patient care.

• Ensure strict adherence to medical protocols, infection control, and safety standards.

• Address and resolve escalated clinical cases and patient complaints.

• Monitor overall clinical governance and promote evidence-based practices.

Administrative Management

• Oversee daily hospital operations and workflow efficiency.

• Manage recruitment, rostering, and performance evaluation of medical staff.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.

• Foster coordination between clinical and non-clinical teams for seamless operations.

Policy Implementation and Quality Control

• Develop and implement hospital policies, SOPs, and quality assurance initiatives.

Liaison and Representation
