About the Role

Taiyari Karo Institute Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Reasoning Faculty to join our growing academic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of reasoning concepts and a strong passion for guiding students preparing for SSC (CGL, CHSL, CPO, MTS, etc.) and Banking (IBPS, SBI, RBI) examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, structured, and engaging lectures on reasoning for SSC and Banking examinations.

• Simplify complex topics using conceptual clarity, shortcut methods, and effective exam strategies.

• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, practice tests, mock exams, and interactive discussions to strengthen student performance.

• Design, assess, and update assignments, test papers, and study material aligned with current exam trends.

• Track student progress and mentor them to enhance speed, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.

• Motivate and inspire students to achieve their examination goals through regular guidance and feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong command over Reasoning as per SSC and Banking exam syllabi.

• Prior teaching or training experience (offline or online) preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Hindi.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts and maintain student engagement.

• Dedication towards teaching and mentoring aspirants preparing for competitive examinations.

Compensation

• Pay: ₹250 – ₹350 per hour (based on experience and performance).

• Work Mode: In-person at our Delhi campus.

• Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible Schedule).
