| Junior Office Assistant (JOA) | - Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. - Typing Speed: 35 w.p.m. (English) or 30 w.p.m. (Hindi) on computer. |
| Office Assistant (OA) / Data Entry Operator (DEO) | - Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University. - Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Level-2 (7th CPC) in Govt./University/PSU/Autonomous Institutions. - Typing Speed: 35 w.p.m. (English) or 30 w.p.m. (Hindi) on computer. |
(Note: Typing speeds correspond to 10500 KDPH / 9000 KDPH respectively with an average of 5 key depressions per word.)
