Eligibility Criteria

• M.E./M.Tech in Engineering/Technology with minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks.

• Or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology with minimum CPI 6.5/60% marks.

• Or Master’s degree in Science in a relevant field with minimum CPI 6.5/60% marks.

• Valid GATE (not older than 5 years) or NET qualification is required.

Age Limit

• Age relaxation as per rules.
