Role Overview

Global Institute of Event Management is seeking an experienced and dynamic Faculty Member to teach and guide students in Event Management, Hospitality, and Business Operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and a passion for student development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom lectures and practical sessions on the following areas:

  • Hospitality & Event Management

  • Marketing Strategy and Sales Promotion

  • Client & Vendor Relationship Management

  • Brand Building and Market Positioning

  • Consumer Behavior Analysis

  • Organizational Behavior and HR Management

  • Business Development Skills

• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessment modules.

• Mentor and support students in academic and professional skill development.

• Contribute to institutional activities, workshops, and training programs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Tourism / Hospitality / Event Management Industry.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to deliver engaging and practical learning sessions.

• Fluency in English (preferred).

Educational Qualification

• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline (Preferred).

On-campus: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
