Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and drive patient engagement.

• Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

• Design and coordinate promotional materials including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

• Enhance and manage the hospital’s digital presence — website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather feedback to identify new growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent branding and communication.

• Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in hospital or healthcare marketing.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and digital platforms.
