Hiring: Sales Head – Traditional Product Division (Color Doppler & Monitors)

Location: Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Annual Salary: ₹15,00,000 – ₹20,00,000

Position: Sales Head – Traditional Product Division (Color Doppler & Monitors)

Experience in CD & Monitors is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Lead the division with strong ownership and leadership capabilities.

  • Identify emerging opportunities across public and private healthcare sectors.

  • Expand market presence through strategic alliances, institutional partnerships, government tenders, and channel sales.

2. Sales, Marketing & Market Penetration

  • Drive front-line sales and set ambitious yet achievable targets across the nationwide SS India network.

  • Strengthen engagement with GEM, PSU buyers, private hospital chains, and distributor networks.

  • Enhance brand visibility and positioning in existing and new markets.

3. Operations & Team Development

  • Collaborate with Regional Managers (North, South, East, West) and ASM teams across India.

  • Build a growth-driven, performance-oriented culture.

  • Implement standardized, SOP-based operations across all regions.

4. Product & Technology Advancement

  • Work closely with the R&D team to support innovation and new product development.

  • Ensure product compliance with CDSCO, BIS, GEM, and international standards.

  • Support backend teams in product training, clinical application support, and service operations.

5. Stakeholder & Public Engagement

  • Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and regulatory meetings.

  • Build strong relationships with KOLs, COEs, board members, and key stakeholders.

  • Act as the public-facing leader for credibility and brand positioning.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Compensation

₹15,00,000 – ₹20,00,000 per year
