Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Manager with hands-on experience in hospital HR management. The role involves managing end-to-end human resource operations, ensuring employee engagement, compliance, and smooth coordination between staff and management.

Preference will be given to candidates residing near Ajmer Road, Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage in-house staffing requirements and develop proactive hiring plans.

• Coordinate with department heads to identify and fulfill talent needs.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and induction programs.

• Conduct internal audits, process reviews, and HR compliance checks.

• Monitor daily operations involving staff, OPD, IPD, and OT departments.

• Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives.

• Collect and analyze patient and customer satisfaction feedback.

• Maintain hospital documentation and HR records in line with policy standards.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Education: MBA / BBA in Human Resource Management

• Experience: 2 – 7 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting

• Key Competencies:

  • Expertise in manpower planning and employee engagement

  • Proficiency in HR policies, recruitment, and process management

  • Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/portals
