Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Facility Manager to oversee and manage hospital infrastructure and facility operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety, compliance, and efficiency across hospital systems, ensuring a seamless experience for patients, staff, and visitors.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Armed Forces, possessing strong leadership, discipline, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hospital facility operations and maintenance activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality regulations.

• Oversee infrastructure, utilities, and equipment functionality.

• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth hospital operations.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

• Drive continuous improvement in facility management systems and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in facility management, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Preferred Background: Candidates with prior Armed Forces experience.
