Project Title

“The Nonlinear Evolution Equations for Particulate Models: Well-posedness, Asymptotic Analysis and Numerical Simulations”

Essential Qualification

• Ph.D. in Mathematics
  OR

• Ph.D. thesis submitted in Mathematics

Desirable Expertise

Applicants should have strong knowledge in any one of the following areas:

• Theoretical studies of Partial Differential Equations (PDEs)

• Computing techniques for solving PDEs using MATLAB / Mathematica

• Experience in Monte Carlo techniques, Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINN), Machine Learning

• Combination of both theoretical and computational approaches

Eligibility

• Candidate must be capable of independent research work

• Must have at least two research papers published in peer-reviewed SCI / SCIE journals

• Age should be below 35 years at the time of application

Pay Scale

Rs. 58,000 per month + 16% HRA

Duration

Initially 12 months, extendable up to 36 months or until the completion of the project (whichever is earlier).
