Job Opportunity: Customer Support Executive (Night Shift – Goa)

Organization: Grassdoor Logistics Technologies 

Location: Remote (Candidates must currently reside in Goa) 

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Shift: US Shift (Night / Overnight / Rotational)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional service to both customers and drivers. This role involves managing communications, assisting with logistics coordination, and ensuring seamless operational flow during US night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Driver Support

  • Handle customer and driver inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist in driver scheduling and coordination to maintain optimal coverage and service delivery.

Logistics & Operations

  • Support the operations lead in managing driver allocations and handling schedule adjustments.

  • Actively engage with drivers to fill time-sensitive shifts and ensure consistent coverage.

  • Monitor and operate within software systems to track logistics activities.

  • Report technical issues or bugs to the Level 1 Support Team.

  • Collaborate with team leads to adapt operations in response to promotions or high-demand periods.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of all support interactions and operational feedback in the CRM system.

  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of training and support documentation.

Candidate Expectations:

  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer and driver support.

  • Assist in optimizing logistics operations and resource allocation.

  • Exhibit initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Stay updated on product changes and service offerings to provide informed assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support or logistics roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and standard business software.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Must be able to work night/overnight shifts (US time zone).

  • Candidates must currently reside in Goa.

  • Laptop, stable fiber internet, and power backup are mandatory.
