Role Overview
As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, client acquisition, broker relationships, and business development across the assigned region. You will play a key role in expanding market presence and ensuring service excellence.

Managing lead generation, sales operations, and business development for the assigned region

Data tracking and territory coverage to ensure strong performance metrics

Executing client acquisition campaigns to strengthen REA’s brand presence

Ensuring high-quality service delivery and client retention

Providing market intelligence, analytics, and insights to support promotional strategies

Achieving regional sales targets and KPIs
-
Mapping and onboarding new projects and brokers in designated territories

Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure coverage of all new projects
Apply If You Have

Graduation or Post-Graduation with 3–5 years of experience in B2B or Channel Sales

Experience in the real estate sector

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Confidence, self-motivation, and client-facing finesse

Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations

Persistence, resilience, and a passion for selling

Strong execution and implementation skills
