 Qualification & Eligibility Criteria

 Associate Professor

1. Good academic record with Ph.D. Degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline.

2. Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).

3. Minimum 8 years teaching/research experience equivalent to Assistant Professor.

4. At least 7 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC CARE listed journals.

5. Total Research Score of 75 as per UGC Regulations 2018 (Appendix II, Table 2).

 Professor

Eligibility (A or B):

A.

1. Eminent scholar with Ph.D. in concerned discipline.

2. Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals.

3. Total Research Score of 120 as per UGC Regulations 2018.

4. Minimum 10 years teaching/research experience as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor.

5. Evidence of successfully guiding doctoral candidates.

OR

B.

Outstanding professional with Ph.D. in relevant discipline from academic/industry sector having made significant contribution to the field with minimum 10 years experience.

 Pay Scale

• Professor: ₹144200 – ₹218200 (Level-14)

• Associate Professor: ₹131400 – ₹217100 (Level-13A)
