Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to support the mental and emotional well-being of our students. The selected candidate will provide professional counselling, conduct psychological assessments, and help create a nurturing environment that promotes both academic success and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities

Offer individual and group counselling sessions to address academic stress, anxiety, and personal challenges.

Conduct psychological assessments and maintain detailed progress records for students.

Organize workshops and seminars on topics such as mental health awareness, stress management, and effective study techniques.

Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student welfare.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all counselling interactions and contribute reports on emerging mental health trends to guide institutional policy.
Required Qualifications

M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognized institution (mandatory).

Master’s Degree (M.A.) in Psychology – completed in regular mode.

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Psychology – completed in regular mode.

Valid RCI License in Clinical Psychology (mandatory).

Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably with young adults or within educational institutions.

Strong communication, counselling, and psychological assessment skills.

Empathetic, ethical, and collaborative professional approach.
