Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to support the mental and emotional well-being of our students. The selected candidate will provide professional counselling, conduct psychological assessments, and help create a nurturing environment that promotes both academic success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer individual and group counselling sessions to address academic stress, anxiety, and personal challenges.

• Conduct psychological assessments and maintain detailed progress records for students.

• Organize workshops and seminars on topics such as mental health awareness, stress management, and effective study techniques.

• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student welfare.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all counselling interactions and contribute reports on emerging mental health trends to guide institutional policy.

Required Qualifications

• M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from an RCI-recognized institution (mandatory).

• Master’s Degree (M.A.) in Psychology – completed in regular mode.

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Psychology – completed in regular mode.

• Valid RCI License in Clinical Psychology (mandatory).

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably with young adults or within educational institutions.

• Strong communication, counselling, and psychological assessment skills.

• Empathetic, ethical, and collaborative professional approach.
