A Walk-in Interview will be conducted for the post of Project Associate-I under the Self-Financing Scheme on “Feed and Fodder Technology” at Veterinary College and Research Institute, Namakkal. The position is purely temporary and initially offered for three years, which may be extended based on performance and project requirements.

Qualification

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university:

• Master’s Degree in Veterinary Science / Animal Science / Fisheries in any subject

• Master’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences with PG Diploma in Feed Manufacturing Technology

• B.Tech in Poultry Production Technology / Food Processing / Agricultural Engineering / Fisheries Engineering

Duration of the Post

• Initially 3 years

• Extension possible based on performance and project requirement

Salary / Emoluments

• Rs. 31,000 + HRA per month for candidates who have qualified

  • CSIR-UGC NET

  • GATE

  • AICTE / ICAR NET

  • Any National or State level eligibility test

OR

• Rs. 25,000 + HRA per month for candidates who have not qualified the above eligibility tests.
