 Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree (Preferably Engineering / Mathematics / MBA / related disciplines)

• Strong knowledge in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning & Verbal Ability

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Minimum 2 years of training experience in placement / competitive exam coaching preferred

• Freshers with strong aptitude and training skills may also apply

 Job Responsibilities

• Conduct aptitude training sessions for all-year students

• Prepare study materials, practice worksheets & mock tests

• Train students for campus recruitment & competitive exams

• Monitor student performance & provide individual feedback

• Coordinate with Placement Cell for training schedules

• Conduct soft skills & interview preparation sessions
