 Eligibility Criteria

 Director (As per AICTE Norms)

• Ph.D. degree with First Class or equivalent at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch

• Minimum 15 years of teaching / research / industry experience

• At least 3 years as Professor equivalent

• Minimum 8 research publications in SCI / UGC / AICTE approved journals

• Successfully guided at least 2 Ph.D. scholars

 Professor (As per AICTE Norms)

• Ph.D. in relevant field with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level

• Minimum 10 years of teaching / research / industry experience

• At least 3 years as Associate Professor equivalent

• Minimum 6–10 research publications in SCI / UGC / AICTE approved journals

• Ph.D. guidance experience preferred

 Associate Professor (As per AICTE Norms)

• Ph.D. in relevant field with First Class

• Minimum 8 years of experience (including 2 years Post-Ph.D.)

• At least 6 research publications in SCI / UGC / AICTE approved journals

 Assistant Professor (As per AICTE Norms)

• B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S./Integrated M.Tech. in relevant branch

• First Class or equivalent in any one degree

 AutoCAD Trainer

• Knowledge of engineering drawing standards

• Deliver structured training & project guidance

SolidWorks Trainer

• Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Production

• Strong knowledge of Part Modeling, Assembly, Drafting, Sheet Metal

• Familiarity with GD&T & manufacturing processes

• Deliver hands-on practical training

 ANSYS Trainer (Simulation Software)

• Degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Civil

• Proficiency in ANSYS Workbench (Structural / Thermal / CFD)

• Knowledge of FEA & simulation principles

• Provide real-world engineering project training
