• Experience in research projects funded by government agencies

• Experience in conducting international conferences, FDPs, or workshops

• Experience in leading teaching and non-teaching staff teams

• Knowledge of NAAC / NBA accreditation processes

• Strong subject knowledge and ability to deliver a 15-minute presentation during the interview

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
