The Odisha Adarsha Vidyalayas aim to promote rural talent by inculcating 21st-century learning skills through a holistic approach for students’ physical, intellectual, and aesthetic development.

These co-educational schools are established at block headquarters across all 314 blocks of Odisha at Secondary and Senior Secondary level (Class VI to XII). The Adarsha Vidyalayas play an important role in spreading modern education in remote areas while integrating students from villages and small towns into mainstream education.

• Post-Graduation in the relevant subject

• B.Ed with minimum 50% marks

• Must have passed OTET-II / CTET-II / OSTET

Non-B.Ed and Non-OSTET / Non-CTET candidates may be considered only if trained candidates are not available.

• One passport size photograph
