Qualification

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

• M.E./M.Tech./M.S in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Biomedical Engineering / Digital Signal Processing / Signal Processing or allied areas

• Minimum First Class in B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech

• GATE/NET qualification is mandatory

Research Associate-I / II / III

• Ph.D. in Microelectronics & VLSI / Signal Processing

OR

• M.E./M.Tech with 3 years of research/teaching/design & development experience

• At least one research paper published in SCI/SCIE journal

Consolidated Remuneration

• Junior Research Fellow: ₹38,000 per month + HRA (as per norms)

• Research Associate-I: ₹58,000 per month + HRA

• Research Associate-II: ₹61,000 per month + HRA

• Research Associate-III: ₹67,000 per month + HRA
