Qualification & Experience

Chief Executive Officer

• Ph.D. in Arts / Commerce / Science / Technology

• Proven track record in academic administration with leadership responsibilities

• Age Limit: Below 60 years

Principal

• Ph.D. in Arts, Commerce, Science, or allied disciplines with a strong academic record

• Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized higher education institution

• At least 10 years in leadership/administrative roles such as HOD, Vice-Principal, Dean, or equivalent

• Research Contributions: Publications in peer-reviewed journals, participation in national/international conferences, and experience in research grants is desirable

• Age Limit: Below 60 years

Placement Officer

• Postgraduate Degree in Management / Commerce / Science / Arts or related field

• 5–10 years of experience in placement coordination or career services

• Age Limit: Below 45 years

• Strong communication, ICT, and networking skills

Candidate Profile

• UG / PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records

• Excellent communication skills

• Good research background
