Job Opportunity: PPC Marketing Specialist

Organization: KiLLit Online 

Location: Delhi, India (Work from Home)  

Job Type: Full-time 

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month 

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM EST).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and manage Google Ads (Search & Display) campaigns to generate leads and maximize ROI.

• Execute A/B tests, analyze data, and identify performance trends to continuously optimize campaigns.

• Track and report campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.

• Manage campaign budgets, monitor spending, and ensure financial accuracy and reconciliation.

• Collaborate with the development team to optimize landing pages and improve user experience for better conversion rates.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluations to enhance targeting effectiveness.

• Produce regular performance reports and share insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Paid Search / Digital Marketing.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns for US-based clients.

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics.

• Proven track record in performance marketing, conversions, and online lead generation.

• Thorough understanding of SEM best practices and current industry trends.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Must be able to work 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

• Comfortable with client-facing Zoom meetings (camera on).

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
