• Soft Skill Trainer

• Verbal Trainer

Qualification

Aptitude Trainer:

• Any UG/PG degree

• Strong knowledge in Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning

Soft Skill Trainer:

• UG/PG in any discipline

• Preferred: MBA / HR / English / Communication

Verbal Trainer:

• UG/PG in English / Communication / Linguistics or related field

Experience

• 0 – 3 years in relevant training field

Eligibility

Aptitude Trainer:

• Strong problem-solving and teaching skills

• Ability to train students for placement aptitude tests

• Certification in aptitude training (preferred)

Soft Skill Trainer:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to train in personality development & interview preparation

• Capable of conducting interactive sessions

Verbal Trainer:

• Strong command over English grammar & vocabulary

• Ability to train for placement-oriented verbal tests

• Good teaching and mentoring skills
