Position Details

Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Project Title:

Ultra High Efficient Compact Power Converters for Radio Frequency (RF) Communication System

Funding Agency:

Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India

Project Duration:

Initial appointment for 12 months or until the end of the project (whichever is earlier).
Extension may be granted based on satisfactory performance.

Essential Qualifications

• B.Tech. (or equivalent) in:

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Electrical & Electronics Engineering

  • Electronics Engineering

  • Electronics & Communication Engineering

  • Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering

• Minimum 60% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA

• GATE Qualified (any year) in:

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Instrumentation Engineering

  • Electronics & Communication Engineering

Salary

• ₹37,000 per month

• HRA as per institute norms
