Qualification

Faculty Members / Faculty Associates

• Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution in the relevant subject area

• NET qualification in the relevant discipline

• Ph.D. is desirable

• Demonstrated ability in business research and academic writing

Experience

• Faculty Members: 8–10 years of relevant experience

• Faculty Associates: 5–7 years of relevant experience

Industry professionals interested in shifting to academic careers are also encouraged to apply.

Candidates available for one or two days per week or weekend teaching may be considered for Adjunct Faculty positions.

Research Associates

• Young dynamic Postgraduates or Ph.D. aspirants in Management

• Interest in case writing and academic research support

Program Executives

• Graduate degree

• Age below 30 years

• Strong spreadsheet and data analytics skills

Candidate Profile

• PG / Ph.D. in the relevant discipline

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong dedication and discipline in academic work
