Assistant Professor (Grade-I)

Pay Level: Level-12 – ₹1,01,500 per month + allowances (as per GoI norms)

Essential:

• FPM / Ph.D. or equivalent in the relevant discipline

• First class or equivalent in the preceding degree with excellent academic record

• Minimum 3 years of teaching / industry / research experience (excluding Ph.D. period)

Desirable:

• Experience of teaching in IITs / IIMs

• Strong research publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals

• Ph.D. from reputed foreign universities preferred

Age Limit: Preferably up to 35 years

Assistant Professor (Grade-II) – Contract

Essential:

• Ph.D. or equivalent with first class in previous degree

• Strong academic record

Desirable:

• Teaching, research, and publications in reputed journals

Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis and are awaiting defense may also apply.

Associate Professor

Pay Level: Level-13A2 – ₹1,39,600 per month + allowances

Essential:

• Ph.D. / FPM or equivalent

• Minimum 6 years experience in teaching / research / industry

• At least 3 years at Assistant Professor (Grade-I) level

• Publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals (preferably ABDC ranked)

Desirable:

• Teaching experience at IITs / IIMs

• Ph.D. guidance, research leadership, patents, consultancy projects, conference presentations, and course development

Professor

Pay Level: Level-14A – ₹1,59,100 per month + allowances

Essential:

• Ph.D. / FPM or equivalent with excellent academic record

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

• At least 4 years as Associate Professor in premier institutes (IITs / IISc / IIMs / IISERs / NITIE)

• Strong research publications in reputed journals

Desirable:

• International teaching or research exposure

• Experience in guiding Ph.D. scholars, research leadership, patents, consultancy projects, and academic innovations
