Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College is a constituent college of the University of Delhi. The college was established in 1990 by the Government of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi in Karampura.

The college receives 100% grant from the Government of NCT of Delhi and is recognized under Sections 2(f) and 12(b) of the UGC Act. It caters to students from Delhi and neighboring states such as Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Bihar.

Recently, the college has shifted to its new campus in Sector-3, Dwarka, New Delhi.
