 Job Title:

Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Project Fellow

 Project Title:

Enhancement of ferroelectricity in HfO₂ based thin films by Ion irradiation for the application of HfO₂ ferroelectric films based Non-volatile memory devices

Department:

Physics

Essential Qualification:

• M.Sc. in Physics with a minimum of 55% marks

• For SC/ST candidates, minimum 50% marks

 Tenure of Position:

• Initially for 01 year

• Extendable up to 03 years or till completion of the project (whichever is earlier)

 Remuneration:

• GATE / NET qualified candidates: Rs. 25,000/- per month

• Non-GATE / Non-NET candidates: Rs. 14,000/- per month

 Note:

• Candidates who have already availed CSIR/UGC-NET or GATE fellowship for the full term are not eligible.

• Candidates who have completed Ph.D. are also not eligible.

• No TA/DA, HRA, Medical or any other allowances will be provided.
